This 1-1/2 story vernacular residence has a rectangular plan. The primary massing is capped with a front facing gable roof, which is pierced by an interior chimney at its peak. The front and rear single story additions have a hipped and flat roof, respectively, also covered in composition shingles. The exterior walls of the residence are clad in asbestos shingles. Windows are primarily replacement sliders, although some original wood 1/1 double-hung remain. Decorative features include the rake molding. Alterations include a partial window replacement; the front and rear single story additions; the concrete block chimney; and the foundation skirting.
