This simple, side-gable bungalow has a gable porch and concrete foundation. The porch has tapered box columns sitting on a poured concrete slab and the porch gable sports a barge board. Tall vertical casement windows have a single horizontal muntin dividing the window into approximately one third on top and two thirds on the bottom. A large old camellia bush sits at the southwest corner of the house. Appears to retain its original front door. Behind the house is another house or shed building, also side gabled. It has a door and a pair of three over two windows. The eaves on the side gable feature brackets, but the porch is missing the original bracket and is being supported by a thin piece of wood instead.
