This 1-1/2 story International-style house has a rectangular plan and sits on a concrete block foundation with basement. The flat roof is covered in built up with wide eave and is pierced by a flat roof dormer. The walls of the basement level are concrete block and the upper levels are covered with vertical groove plywood. Glass blocks accent the east façade. Windows are primarily sliders. The north façade has a wide balcony extending above the basement level. While this is a single-family residence, the building also houses the offices of the Healthwise Center.
