If you are in a surveyed area, a copy of your plat may be obtained at the Clackamas County Surveyor’s Office. A copy of your plat or a survey of your property will reveal the specific dimensions of your land and may also list any easements or restrictions. Pins should be located in the corner of each lot (though may have moved or disappeared over time) and may be found with a metal detector or monument finder.
