The following information was submitted by the applicant and citizens to the Planning Department and is being distributed to the Planning Commission, McLoughlin Neighborhood Association and has been posted on the city’s web site. The exhibits will be entered into the record by staff at the August 10th, 2009 Planning Commission meeting.

Evidence in response to the new information may be submitted by anyone with standing until Monday, July 20th, 2009. Comments will not be accepted from citizens that have not participated in the land use process prior to Monday, July 6th, 2009. The applicant’s final rebuttal is due to the city by Monday, August 3rd, 2009.
