21-year old female

Suspect:

Unknown white male; in mid-50's; thinning gray hair; 5'7", thin build; unshaven, thick glasses,

Suspect Vehicle:

Late 80's Ford Ranger pickup; stock/good condition; light blue with single cab.

None

Narrative of Incident:

On March 28th, at approximately 6:15 p.m., an unknown man in his mid-50's, driving a light blue Ford Ranger pickup, attempted to kidnap a 21-year old female as she walked home on Washington Street, near 12th Street, in Oregon City, Oregon. The man grabbed the female and attempted to pull her into his vehicle. She was able to break free and call police.
