Narrative of Incident:

Valvoline Instant Oil Change and several of the surrounding businesses at Molalla/Holmes have had various windows repeatedly shot out over the last several weeks.  Several windows in each business have been broken or damaged numerous times and marbles, steel balls, or lead fishing weights are usually found near the damaged windows. Once the windows are replaced, many of them are being broken out again within a couple of days.  The monetary loss is estimated at approximately $2000 for all businesses combined.
