Narrative of Incident:
On August 12, 2004 at 2pm, Billie Rae Jensen reported her husband Jeffrey Wayne Jensen missing. Mrs. Jensen told police that her husband has been having health related problems and became very agitated over night. She said Jeffrey left their home in their family vehicle and told the family they would not be seeing him again. Jeffrey is a diabetic and requires insulin. The family is very concerned for Jeffrey's welfare and would appreciate any help to bring him back home. Jeffrey's information follows:
