17 year old male juvenile, of Oregon City

16 year old male juvenile, of Canby

16 year old female juvenile, of Molalla

Charges and Bail:

3 counts each of Disorderly Conduct, which is a Class B Misdemeanor

Narrative of Incident:

This investigation which involved the Oregon City Police Department with the assistance of other agencies, media and the public, it was determined that the incident was a hoax played out by the juveniles trying to get a reaction from other citizens.  The 3 juveniles came forward accepting responsibility for their actions. The juveniles will be transported to the Clackamas County Juvenile Reception Center.
