White female juvenile, approximately 17 years.

Narrative of Incident:
On March 21, 2004 at approximately 1:35 p.m., an employee of the Chevron Service Station reported a white male juvenile and white female juvenile drove into the parking lot of the station in a dark green Jetta Volkswagen. Both subjects got out of the vehicle and walked to a public phone. The trunk of the Jetta was kicked open, and a juvenile approximately 12 years old attempted to escape. The juvenile's mouth and hands were duct-taped. One of the 17 year olds pushed the juvenile back into the trunk and the Jetta left the area at a high rate of speed on Beavercreek towards Clackamas Community College. Detectives are investigating the situation. No reports of any missing persons at this time. Partial plate on the Jetta is “XUC”.
