Project Meetings for the public on Wednesday, Feb 8th

Two meetings are scheduled for the public to learn about four projects that will affect travelers in Oregon City and the surrounding area during and after construction. Staff from ODOT and the City of Oregon City will share project plans and answer questions about the following projects:
- Oregon City/West Linn Arch Bridge – Staff will discuss the progress and schedule, inc.
- Oregon Highway 99E Improvements – Paving and striping project coming this spring will pave 99E from 10th Street south to Canby. The project will also remove travel lanes in two sections of OR 99E south of Oregon City to accommodate a left-turn lane.
- Oregon Highway 213 Jughandle – Four day (104-hour) closure of OR 213 is scheduled from 8 p.m., Thursday, March 22 to 4 a.m., Tuesday, March 27 to install a new bridge. Staff will share the detour route and expected lengthy delays.
- Main Street Improvements - Staff will provide an update on the progress of the Main Street improvements in downtown Oregon City.
The first meeting is intended for downtown Oregon City business people, is at the Cypress Restaurant, 820 Main Street this Wednesday from 9 to 10 a.m.
The second, evening meeting, intended for the public is at the Pioneer Center, 615 Fifth Street, Oregon City this Wednesday from 5:30-7 p.m. Please drop by anytime.
