Cook Street Sewage Pump Station Improvements (18763 Cook Street)

The project includes the construction of a new wastewater pumping station and building along with associated site improvements such as landscaping.  Also required is the abandonment of the existing wastewater pump station. 

Mt. View Reservoir No. 2 Site Improvements Project

Improvements to the reservoir and the pump station included seismic upgrades to the 10.5 million gallon tank including wall strengthening, roof replacement, and column repair.  The project also included the construction of a new pump station.  The work was substantially completed in 2007. 

Remaining items include the construction of a new fence and landscaping improvements. 

Holcomb Blvd Improvement Project Info
In early summer 2004, Alta Planning + Design was retained by the City of Oregon City and Clackamas County to study the existing roadway conditions on Holcomb Boulevard and develop a streetscape concept that would achieve the goals and objectives of the neighborhood residents, City, and County. The goals and objectives were derived from comments at the first public workshop on June 30, 2004 at the Oregon City Baptist Church. 

The City Commission of Oregon City adopted the Holcomb Boulevard Pedestrian Enhancement Concept Plan on April 20, 2005 through the adoption of Ordinance 05-1003. 

The City is currently working with Clackamas County to develop a cost sharing agreement in order to complete the work.
