September 2, 2010: In addition to the slurry seal project, Clackamas County has also applied a "chip seal" on Warner Parrott from South End Road to Mt. Pleasant Elementary School and on Linn Avenue from Warner Milne Road to Holmes Lane. The County will be applying the fog seal today and striping will be completed over the weekend but done by Sunday.
July 13, 2010: Bids were opened at 2:00 p.m. The apparent low bidder is Blackline, Inc. and the bidders and the bid amounts are as follows:

June 24, 2010: Project advertised in the Portland Daily Journal of Commerce. Bids due no later than 2:00 p.m. local time on July 13, 2010. Work to be done consists of the application of approximately 133,874 square yards of slurry seal material including the street preparation, neighborhood notification, traffic control, material delivery, material application and final project cleanup.

Annual installation of a slurry seal application on select Oregon City streets to prolong the life of the street.
