November 8, 2010: Additional repairs to Belle Court at Holmes Lane are required to correct the storm drainage problem. Residents of Belle Court and adjacent residents on Holmes Lane have been notified of the work to be done. Their notice and the construction drawings are available below.

June 3, 1010: This was an "intermediate" bid process and four local contractors were given the opportunity to bid on this project. Bids were received on May 19, 2010 and the low bidder was Dirt and Aggregate Interchange, Inc. out of Troutdale, Oregon. The City Commission awarded the contract to Dirt and Aggregate at their meeting on June 2, 1010.

Project Details
Three small works projects more specifically identified as:
- 450 Main St - Installation of sanitary sewer lateral and cleanouts in Main Street with connection to existing 18" sanitary sewer line in 5th Street.
- 467 Holmes Lane - Installation of stormwater manhole, catch basin and piping on north side of Holmes Lane. Construction of concrete curb on Belle Court to redirect stormwater to proposed catch basin.
- 607 McLoughlin Blvd. - Installation of stormwater catch basin and piping on north side of McLoughlin Blvd. and installation of stormwater catch basin and piping in alley west of Apperson Lane.
