July 2, 2012 - The project updates are as follows:

• Pre-construction meeting was held last week
• Contract was awarded to Kodiak Pacific Construction Co.
• Work is set to begin at the end of this week/first part of next week, and ends in October.
• Project site work will not take place for the entire time. The reason for the overall length is due to the signal pole lead time. The site work should take about 8 weeks if all goes well.
• This project will add a dedicated right turn lane on Beavercreek Road onto Molalla Avenue heading south. It will also create two dedicated through lanes on Beavercreek through the intersection.

May 29, 2012 - Bids opened with apparent bid results as follows:

The Notice of Intent to Award Contract letter has been distributed and the bid tabulation spreadsheet is now available.  Bid award is anticipated at the June 6, 2012 meeting of the City Commission.

May 24, 2012 - Addendum 1 issued (also available below).

May 24, 2012 - Illegible pages IL1, TS1, TS2, TS3, TS4, TS5, TS6 and TS7 uploaded.  Illegible pages SS1 and SS2 have also been updated and are included in Addendum 1.

May 8, 2012 - Invitation to Bid issued May 8 and May 10, 2012 in the Portland Daily Journal of Commerce.  A nonmandatory preconstruction meeting is scheduled for May 17 and bids are due May 29.  For specific information, please refer to the Invitation to Bid available below.
