The Engineering Department has several forms relevant to doing work in Oregon City.
The city finds it necessary to establish and implement uniform engineering design standards for all Public Works sanitary sewer projects, water distribution system projects, storm sewer projects, and transportation projects in the interest of health, safety and welfare of the residents of the City of Oregon City.
|Right-of-Way (ROW) Street Permits||ROW permits are required to perform any work in the street pertaining to water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater connections, repairs, and new installations. ROW permits are also required for street repairs such as curb and sidewalk repairs or new installations.|

|The City of Oregon City has been conducting traffic volume studies since 1978. We have historical traffic volume counts from 1978, 1980, 1989, 1990, as well as more current ones. Any of our historic studies are available for review. Our most recent studies are available online (see below) and will be conducted every 3 years, or has needed.|
