Holcomb Blvd Pedestrian Improvement Project
The City Commission of Oregon City adopted the Holcomb Boulevard Pedestrian Enhancement Concept Plan on April 20, 2005 through the adoption of Ordinance 05-1003.
The City Commission awarded the contract to Kerr Contractors, Inc. out of Woodburn Oregon at their meeting on September 2, 2009. Check back here for construction updates.
