Molalla Avenue Boulevard and Bikeway Improvements Plan
Phase One of the Molalla Avenue Boulevard Improvements project is the first phase of a larger vision for the Molalla Avenue corridor. This vision is to provide safe and efficient facilities and services for all traveler modes, including public transportation, private automobiles, and pedestrian and bicycle traffic.
There are two documents - 1) an Ordinance 01-1008, March 2001, that adopts Chapters 3-5 of the MABBIP; and 2) a Resolution 01-34 that adopted the Safety and Enhancement Plan, May 2001.
