The City’s Public Works Department (PW) approves construction plans submitted by a Developer for various developments. If the Development contains on-site stormwater facilities, then the City needs to protect future lot owners in the Development, owners of neighboring property, and their property,  The City also needs to ensure the owner provides adequate maintenance on the stormwater facility.
