The City's Transportation System Plan was adopted by Ordinance 01-1009, April 2001, and modified by Resolution 08-13, June 2008, which updated the Transportation Capital Improvement Project list.  It was updated again by Resolution 09-06 in  April 2009.  The Transportation System Plan and the TSP Updates are available for viewing below.  In addition, the Molalla Avenue Boulevard and Bicycle Improvement Plan (MABBIP) was adopted by Ordinance 01-1008, March 2001.
