Statements are mailed on the last business day of each month, services for this statement would be for the 1 to 30 or 31 days of the month prior.
If your service is in shut-off status, payment in full, plus any applicable CPE fees, will be required before service will be restored. Service will be restored in the order in which payment is received.
Payments received after 4 pm will be restored the following business day in the order they were received.
