Park Shelter Reservation Information







  • Reservations may be made up to one year in advance

  • Shelter reservation/receipt should be taken to park during activity as proof of reservation

  • All renters must request electricity for their event

  • The shelter must be vacated at the end of the reservation period

  • All trash must be removed by users at the end of the reserved period

  • Alcohol is never permitted in shelter

  • No water balloons or spray silly string are allowed anywhere in the park


  • Refunds are given for cancellations received by the Oregon City Parks Office two weeks before reservation date

  • No refund will be given for cancellations within two weeks of the activity

  • A $10 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds













The applicant hereby agrees to indemnify and hold the City of Oregon City harmless for injuries or accidents and will assume financial responsibility for any damage done to the park facilities as a result of the group’s use of the park.  Proof of insurance may be required for some events.  The applicant further agrees to be responsible for the conduct of all members of the group in and about the facilities in use, for the control and containment of litter and for any damage done beyond normal wear and tear, which may occur while they are occupying the premises.  The applicant further agrees that the use of public park facilities shall be in accordance with Oregon City code, chapter 12.16.  On occasion City of Oregon City Parks & Recreation staff may take photos of participants enrolled in recreation programs and events or people on Oregon City Parks & Recreation properties. Please be aware that these photos are for City use only and may be used in future catalogs, brochures, pamphlets or flyers.
