1001 JQ Adams Street

This one story minimal tract house has a low hipped roof and sits on a poured concrete foundation. It is clad in wood shingles. There are two sets of tall vertical wood windows on the front façade. Most of the remaining windows are 2/2 wood. Nearly all of them have fixed aluminum storms. There is a small front porch incorporated under the hip roof. It is connected to the sidewalk by a poured concrete ramp. The front door has glass-block sidelights. There is also an entry with its own small projecting roof on the south side of the house.
