1010 9th Street
This building has a complex plan, resulting from the large side and rear additions. It rests on a concrete foundation and is capped by a cross gable roof of composition shingles, which is pierced by a gable roof dormer. The lower levels are sided with composition shingles, while the upper level and the gable end are clad in lap. The façade along 9th Street has been covered with stucco. Windows are primarily wood 8/8 double-hung and aluminum sliders. Decorative features include rake molding and louvered vents in the gable ends. Alterations include the rear massing, the stucco siding, and the wheel chair ramp and railing.
