106 Jefferson Street
This single story vernacular residence has a rectangular plan with a gable addition to the rear and has been greatly altered. It sits on a concrete block foundation that was laid over a rock wall/foundation and is clad in vertical groove plywood. The gabled roof has exposed rafters and is covered with composition shingling. The windows are primarily aluminum sliding, a full window replacement. There is a wooden front deck with wooden stairs half way to the ground, then buttressed concrete stairs the rest of the way down. The site is heavily sloped and appears to be suffering from groundwater drainage problems.
