This two story vernacular has an L-shaped plan that rests on a concrete foundation. The cross gable roof is covered in composition shingles and is adorned with slight eave returns. The exterior walls are clad in asbestos ceramic shingles and the windows are wood 6/1 double-hung with prominent surrounds. Tudor-influenced decorative features include the massive exterior brick exterior chimney, with stone inlay, and the two brick entry hoods with arched fenestrations.
