This modest bungalow sits under a front gable roof with a small rectangular bay on the south side that houses the main entrance to the house. This bay is fully enclosed, and is covered by a small gable roof. The main gable features deep open eaves and knee brackets that penetrate the wide barge boards. The house is clad with aluminum siding, and has seen the replacement of all of its windows with aluminum sliding sashes. The windows have no exterior trim. A brick chimney is centrally located in the house, which rests on a poured concrete foundation.
