302 Bluff Street
This modest house sits under a front gable roof with a hipped porch running nearly the full width of the west façade. The porch hip is supported by a series of turned columns with a new wood balustrade encircling the porch. This balustrade matches the recently replaced entry stair balustrades. The house is clad with asbestos ceramic shingles, and features shallow enclosed eaves. The original windows visible on the west façade are 1/1 double-hung wood sash with wide board trim, but most of the windows have been replaced with vinyl double-hung or sliding sashes. These replacement windows have no exterior trim. The basement level features a number of double-hung sashes, and is clad with lap siding.
