702 John Adams Street
This 1-1/2 story English Cottage has a gable roof with a steeply pitched front gable and smaller recessed porch gable on its north side. Both gables have a cornice molding. The projecting front gable has three 8-pane casement windows and a 6-pane casement window in the gable. The south elevation has an exterior chimney. The stucco finished gable end turns to wood at the first story frieze. The entire porch gable is stucco and has an arched doorway and an arched opening on the north side. Concrete steps and an iron rail lead up to the porch. An attached former garage anchors the east end and has been converted to office space. The windows in this area 6/1 vinyl windows with faux muntins to simulate the original windows. A banisters runs around the roof of the former garage so it can serve as a deck. The east side has a shed roof dormer.
