815 Jackson Street

This 1-1/2 story, vernacular gable-end house c.1915 includes wide barge boards with minimally decorated rafter tail ends. Eave brackets are present. The soffits and porch ceiling appear to be original bead board. The trim around the door and windows has been removed to accommodate the metal siding. The porch floor appears to be original T&G. Boxed columns flank the porch entry at the main doorway. The windows are 1/1 wood double-hung. The gables feature board and batten construction and a shed dormer distinguishes the north elevation. There is an inset corner entry with an attractive entry door.
