910 6th Street

This 1-1/2 story house sits under a front gable roof with minimal eaves. A small gable projects out from the northwest corner of the house over a rectangular bay containing the entry to the house, and a large shed dormer is present on the east side of the main gable. The house is entirely clad with wood shingles above the concrete foundation, and features decorative rake and frieze moldings. The windows are a mixture of 4/4 double-hung and eight-pane casement sashes with plain board trim. At the entry gable, an arched window is centered in the gable end and a small bull's-eye window exists just to the west of the front door. A rear entry is located on the east side of the house under a cantilevered shed roof, and a central brick chimney penetrates the ridge near the north end of the dormer. A small garage under a flat roof is located at the northeast corner of the lot.
