Student Library Cards

Our Student Library Card partnership program allows parents to sign their OCSD student up for a LINCC library card through ParentVue as part of New Student Registration or the Annual Verification (available late July/early August 2025) for existing students.

Card Overview

• 5 checkouts and 5 holds at a time
• Full access to e-Books and other online resources
• No late fees (replacement fees will be charged for lost/damaged items)
• No Library of Things or Cultural Pass checkouts
• No physical library card issued
  • Student’s card # is OC + their 6-digit OCSD student ID number (e.g. OC123456)
  • Their PIN is the last 4 digits of the primary phone number on their OCSD student account

First Time Registration

Begin the 2025-26 Annual Verification in ParentVue and check the “YES” box on the Student Library Card form. Your card will be activated on the following Monday and will expire on September 1, 2026.

Annual Renewal

Begin the 2025-26 Annual Verification in ParentVue and check the “YES” box on the Student Library Card form before September 1, 2025. If you renew after that date, you won’t be able to use your card until it’s reactivated—which can take up to 7 days.
