2. Oregon City is offering businesses and community organizations the chance to officially sponsor the 2026 Spring Forward Community Resource Fair. If you are interested in providing sponsorship to this event, please fill out the information pertaining to your organization below and carefully read the sponsorship options available.

16. The sponsorship opportunities are divided into three levels, each with its own set of benefits. By filling out this form you are not committing to funding any portion of this event, simply stating your interest level. 

18. Platinum Sponsorship - $500

    Assist in purchasing tote bags for the event that will be distributed out to the first 100 guests at the event for free.

    • Organization logo incorporated into the design of the 2026 Spring Forward Community Resource tote bag.
    • Note of gratitude and logo on the 2026 Spring Forward Community Resource Fair webpage.
    • Organization logo present on the 2026 Spring Forward Community Resource Fair Display Board to be present at two different locations on the day of the event: 
      • Oregon City Public Library 
      • Pioneer Community Center
20. March For Meals Sponsorship- $250

    Support the purchase of food sold through the Pioneer Community Center Snack Bar during the event. All proceeds—and any sponsorship funds not used for food purchases—will be donated directly to Meals on Wheels as part of March for Meals.

    • Formal recognition of sponsorship at the Pioneer Community Center Snack Bar during the 2026 Spring Forward Community Resource Fair. 
    • Note of gratitude and logo on the 2026 Spring Forward Community Resource Fair webpage.
    • Advertised as a 2026 March for Meals Sponsor on the Pioneer Community Center webpage.
22. Silver Sponsorship - $100 or In-Kind Donation

    Contribute to purchasing/providing raffle items to be raffled away for free at the event.

    • Formal recognition of sponsorship at the Raffle Table during the 2026 Spring Forward Community Resource Fair. 
    • Note of gratitude and logo on the 2025 Spring Forward Community Resource Fair webpage.

    The City of Oregon City reserves the right to prohibit any distribution of materials at the 2026 Spring Forward Community Resource Fair. No unapproved products, services, or items may be offered for distribution without the approval of event staff.
