The Oregon City Police Department Ride-Along Program provides an opportunity for citizens to experience the law enforcement function firsthand and is extended to foster communication and educate people about community policing. The Oregon City Police Department Ride-Along Program is offered to Oregon City residents, prospective police candidates, members' families or friends, students 16 years of age or older, and those employed within the City.
