This one story, symmetrical, minimal tract style house is rectangular in plan and sits on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered in composition shingles and is pierced by a chimney. The house is covered with wood shingles, with drop siding in one gable end and vertical groove plywood in the other gable end. Windows are primarily 1/1 wood double hung.
