This one Bungalow is rectangular in plan and sits on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered in composition shingles and features decorative eave brackets and exposed rafter tails. The house is covered with large exposure wood shingles. Windows are primarily large fixed pane and 1/1 wood double hung. There is an inset entry porch and the west façade has a bay window. There is a one story, gable roof home office at street level constructed with elements similar to those on the house in 2002. The building covered with lap siding and wood shingles in the gable end and on the entry vestibule.
