RASMUSSEN-HADLEY HOUSE c.1914 -- Statement of Significance: This is an example of an owner-builder carpenter's bungalow. It was built by Danish-born Jeppe Rasmussen who lived next door. He built houses to sell, living in one while completing the next. The house was managed by real estate agent M.A. Elliott, a near neighbor of Rasmussen's, who sold it in 1919. Rasmussen also built 151 Molalla Avenue and 410 Logus Street. The house was sold to John and James Hadley in 1919. The house is significant for its architecture, and for its association with Jeppe Rasmussen.
