EDWARD MARTIN RESIDENCE c.1892 -- Statement of Significance: No biographical information was found on Edward Martin, the purported original owner of the house. One neighbor claims this house was built by the E.J. Waldron family, who owned a sawmill and used the best of the lumber from it to build the house. This would date the house to around 1905. The house is significant for its unusual architectural detailing and its age. Nearly all of the house's details are intact, but it is in very poor repair, and has no paint.
