THOMAS MULLIGAN/FELIX VERSAW HOUSE c.1919 -- Statement of Significance: The only biography known about this house is that the original owner was Thomas Mulligan, and the first occupant was Felix Versaw, a laborer at Crown-Willamette Company. Although executed in different plans, this house and its partner across the street (1319 16th Street) strongly give the feeling of the typical Buena Vista house. Though not as well-maintained as some, it does retain most of its original features, and the two houses support one another.
