T.L. CHARMAN/J.G. MACK HOUSE c.1875 -- Statement of Significance: No specific biographical information was found on the house's original owners. The owner says the house may have been built by a family which owned a mill and lumber company. This house is one of the oldest in Oregon City and certainly the oldest by far in the immediate vicinity. The house has significance for its age.
