This one story minimal tract house has a t-shaped plan and sits on a concrete foundation with basement. The gable roof is covered with composition shingles and is pierced by a stove pipe. The house is covered with wood shingles, with a wide frieze, and has vertical groove plywood skirting. Windows are primarily vinyl sliders with grid. The shed roof entry porch is supported by narrow posts is has a decorative concrete block rail. The door and sidelights date to the 1970s. There is a large 1970 deck and patio off the rear of the house. A new garage sits to the southeast of the house.
