This one story minimal tract house has a rectangular plan and sits on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with composition shingles and the house is covered with vinyl. Windows are primarily vinyl double-hung. A flared gable roof addition is on the north façade. The foundation on the west side addition is concrete block.
