CLARK S. FUGE HOUSE c.1905 -- Statement of Significance: This house was built by carpenter Clark S. Fuge for his mother, Christiana. Christiana arrived in Oregon City from Nevada in 1901, after the death of her husband, Patrick. Clark Fuge built a number of houses in this area. This house is a good example of turn-of-the-century vernacular architecture for Oregon City.
