An updated Transportation System Plan (TSP) and associated amendments to the Oregon City Municipal Code (OCMC) have been approved by the City Commission and became effective August 16, 2013.
Amendments to the TSP subsequent to the adoption in August of 2013 include:
- South End Concept Plan Amendments - this plan guides future growth and development in the South End area, and includes Transportation projects for the area.
- Linn Avenue, Leland Road and Meyers Road Corridor Plan - this plan modifies, supplements, and re-prioritizes some of the projects described in the TSP. It also identifies needed projects that were not included in the TSP.
- Willamette Falls Legacy Project - added a project to the TSP for a pedestrian and bike bridge from the McLoughlin Promenade to the site of the former Blue Heron paper mill.
- Meyers Road Extension Concept Plan - provides additional specificity related to the implementation of Meyers Road.
- McLoughlin to Canemah Trail Plan - provides additional specificity and projects related to the implementation of the McLoughlin to Canemah Trail Plan.
- Alternative Mobility Targets - provides additional specificity and projects related to the implementation of the Alternative Mobility Targets.
- Thimble Creek Concept Plan - provides additional specificity and projects related to the implementation of the Thimble Creek Concept Plan.
