Parks SDCs are governed by Resolution 00-21.

You can find the Standard Industrial Classifications listed in Table 5.5 of the report attached to the resolution. These are the categories used to determine non-residential Parks SDC fees. The chart is used to merely convert square footage of facilities from a "square feet per employee" basis from the Metro Employment Density Study.
