Obtaining a Permit
Engineering may require the following items before any review can begin:
- Civil Plans (See Note)
- Stormwater Management Report (See Note)
- Geotechnical Report (See Note)
- Preliminary Cost Estimate (See Note)
- 2.5% Design Review Fee
No permit can be approved until the following is provided:
- Approval of Civil Engineering Plans and Stormwater Management Report
- Permits from other agencies such as:
- Clackamas County
- State of Oregon
- OR Department of Environmental Quality
- USFW
- USCOE
- DSL
- WES
- National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES)
Pre-Construction Meeting
Items that may be needed before a meeting will be scheduled:
The City may allow some of the documents to be provided at the pre-construction meeting
Items Needed to Begin Construction
It is the intent of the City to not issue permits in steps but to issue them as a package. Requests for individual permits such as erosion control, mass grading, demolition, clearing and grubbing will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will be limited and not allowed in most cases.
