The identification of the front line of your property is helpful in determining your setbacks for development. Get help finding your property lines themselves.
Front lot lines are defined in Oregon City Municipal Code (OCMC 17.04.490) as follows:
Standard Lots: The front lot line is the line abutting the street.- Flag Lots: The front lot line is the shortest lot line adjoining the pole portion of the lot, excluding the unbuildable narrow portion of the pole.
- Corner Lots: The front lot line is that with the narrowest frontage.
- Curved street frontage: The front lot line is the chord or straight line connecting the ends of the curve.
