This one story minimal tract house has a rectangular plan and sits on a concrete foundation. The hip roof is covered with composition shingles. An exterior chimney is on the east side. The house is covered with asbestos shingle. Windows are primarily 1/1 wood double-hung and wood frame fixed. The main entry is flanked by brick pilasters and topped with a metal awning. A small hipped roof wing extends from the east façade. A single car garage is attached to the rear by a hyphen. The garage has v-notched siding separated by beaded boards.
