1005 13th Street

This 1-1/2 story English Cottage has a rectangular plan and sits on a concrete foundation. The cross gable roof is covered with metal shingles. The house is covered with brick on the first level and asbestos shingles on the upper level. Windows are primarily large leaded fixed and vinyl double-hung gridded. There is a brick exterior chimney on the west side. A 1950s, detached, double car garage is on the east side.
