The gable roof is covered with composition shingles, has decorative rake board and eave brackets, and is pierced by a chimney. The house is covered with round-edge drop siding grounded by a water table with cap. Windows are primarily aluminum and vinyl sash sliders. The gable roof entry porch also has decorative rake board and eave brackets, square columns and open rail. A 1990's detached, single car garage is on the west side.
